Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our team at Wogan Group, responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient performance of all maintenance tasks assigned by the Community Manager. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as the Maintenance Supervisor must be able to walk the property, lift heavy items, and perform various physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report on the condition of the apartment complex, including buildings, grounds, and facilities.
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks as directed by the Community Manager.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure a professional image and attitude.
  • Report to the Community Manager daily and provide written reports of work completed.
  • Establish and execute a regular preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and ensure they work safely.
  • Perform make-ready tasks in turnover units and ensure proper stocking of First Aid Kits and other medical supplies.
  • Coordinate after-hours on-call service.

The Maintenance Supervisor will also perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or other supervisors. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
