This is a challenging opportunity for an Optometrist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our vision center. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$220,000 annually, along with performance bonuses, regional pay zone, and comprehensive benefits package.
About the RoleAs an Eye Care Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' health conditions, prescribing medications and treatment options, delivering routine vision care, and educating patients on eye health. You will also develop treatment plans based on patients' clinical presentation using evidence-based care guidelines.
You will work closely with our team to analyze business objectives and customer needs, develop and implement business strategies, plans, and practices, and determine and support resource requirements. Additionally, you will diagnose capability gaps, recruit, select, and develop talent, support mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning, and leverage the capabilities of new and existing talent.
