Position Overview: They seek a highly motivated Senior Associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
