We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Community Maintenance Associate to fulfill the following key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the upkeep of community grounds, including trimming, mowing, and litter collection
  • Executing landscaping tasks
  • Managing snow removal and salting during winter
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on-site structures, grounds, and equipment as necessary
  • Assisting with property evictions by securing and padlocking homes
  • Identifying and troubleshooting problem areas
  • Responding promptly to emergency situations
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned

Ideal candidates should possess the ability to:

  • Think creatively and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work autonomously
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Operate heavy machinery when required
  • Occasionally lift 50 pounds or more

Preferred Experience:

  • Groundskeeping

If you are organized, dependable, hold a valid driver's license, and can navigate various physical tasks with agility, we would be eager to meet you. While prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is advantageous, we are open to training the right individual.
