Job Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee quality assurance processes and guarantee that products meet client specifications through thorough inspections during receiving, in-process, and final stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct first article inspections and comprehensive evaluations according to specifications.
• Document all inspections in accordance with established procedures.
• Develop and implement inspection review plans.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld for all components and assemblies.
• Maintain parts history folders and ensure calibration of inspection equipment.
Additional Duties:
• Perform visual inspections along with hardness and electrical conductivity assessments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

• Mechanical and Quality Inspection

• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
