Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Morgan Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all incoming work order requests, distributing tasks to maintenance technicians, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize work order requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Monitor work order timing to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
  • Communicate with residents regarding job completion and satisfaction
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in monitoring daily activities and providing support as needed
  • Coordinate capital projects by scheduling contractor visits and obtaining quotes
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure timely arrival and completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, projects, and supplies
  • Assist with scheduling unit tours and inspections for regulatory compliance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
