Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to neonates and their families, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other care providers as appropriate, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, contributing to the development of evidence-based care standards.
- 2+ years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Proven expertise in newborn stabilization and resuscitation, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and NRP certifications.
- Experience working with Level 2/3 NICU patients, with a strong preference for those with STABLE experience.
- Epic experience is highly desirable.
