  • Consistently greet all customers in a friendly, warm, and inviting manner.
  • Master the art of upselling all offerings available at the Coffee Bar.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all coffee counter protocols and recipes.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge in the Gourmet Shop and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Restock coffee bar supplies, food items, beverages, and stockroom inventory.
  • Fulfill orders and retrieve items from the food storeroom, pastry shop, beverage control, and main kitchen daily.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, pastry display, and floor in the Coffee Bar section.
  • Capable of operating and understanding the Point of Sale System.
  • Responsible for comprehending and adhering to shop procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in the opening and closing procedures of the coffee bar.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a willingness to assist customers at all times.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Collaborate effectively in a compact workspace with colleagues.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, members, and internal clients.

Typical Working Hours:

  • Shop operates from 7am to 9pm.
  • Shifts for the Coffee Specialist may vary based on business volume.
Shifts may include 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm, or 2pm to 9:15.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Coffee Specialist is preferred.

Educational Background:

  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
