Barista Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
• Provide fast and quality customer service
• Maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
• Ensure consistent product availability and communicate shortages as necessary
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
• Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
