Job Title: BAS Controls Division Lead

At RK Mechanical, we are seeking a highly skilled BAS Controls Division Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our BAS controls division, ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of Tridium and ABB based control systems
  • Program and sequence control systems to meet customer requirements
  • Perform quality control inspections on RK Service Control Jobs
  • Diagnose and repair industrial and commercial equipment
  • Guide field staff in the execution of tasks and provide training as needed
  • Make decisions in a timely manner to ensure the best interest of the company
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in BAS controls and industrial equipment
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara and ABB (formerly Cylon) based control systems
  • Knowledge of BACnet/Modbus protocols and electrical circuits
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Programming skills in BAS systems
