Your role will involve assisting customers, processing donations, and supporting our retail operations. You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Support retail operations, including sales floor coverage and visual merchandising
  • Develop new skills and gain valuable work experience

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and awareness
  • Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Superior coaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills
