Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping/mopping floors.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
