We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Audiologist to join our team at FYZICAL Balance Therapy in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive audiologic services to adults, including vestibular testing and hearing evaluations. Your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

FYZICAL Balance Therapy is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare provider offering cutting-edge therapies and treatments for balance disorders and hearing loss. Our clinic is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and education, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Compensation: $82,000/year (competitive salary) + Hearing Aid Commission Bonus ($25,000/year or more)

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a Clinical Doctorate or Master's Degree in Audiology and a license to practice in the State of Maine. Prior experience in hearing diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently provide comprehensive audiologic services to adults
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, including history intake, pure tone thresholds, speech sensitivity, and tympanometry
  • Interpret VNG testing results for patients with dizziness, imbalance, and vestibular disorders
  • Communicate diagnostic findings and recommendations to patients and referring providers
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend follow-up care as needed
