Behavior Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Cortica. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing Play-Based ABA Therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in various settings, including the home, community, school, and clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work in 1:1 and group settings to provide direct behavior-analytic services to children.
- Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection.
- Fulfill all documentation requirements, including data collection and session notes.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral or therapeutic setting.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Currently a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or willing to obtain the BCAT credential via Cortica's paid training program.
- Availability in the early and late afternoons, with occasional Saturday work.
- Competitive starting pay rate of $28.00/hour.
- Sign-On Bonus of $250.
