We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance, patching, and ensure STIG compliance by monitoring, testing performance, troubleshooting OS, resolving hardware and software problems, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with other engineers on network/system optimization.
- Demonstrate understanding of how software behaves in order to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
- Research new technologies and leverage optimization techniques to ensure that systems operate efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Years of relevant experience requirements for each level:
- Level I: 0-5, Level II: 6-11. Level III: 12+
- Experience installing new or rebuilding existing servers both physical and virtual, and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage through Agile methodologies.
- Experience with transitioning on-premise applications and software to the government hybrid-cloud solution and maintaining DoD approved cloud service providers to provide information technology services and capabilities to include high performance computing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs).
- Must have Security+, comparable certificate, or ability to achieve 8570/8140 compliance.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
