Job Summary:

i3 is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, administering, operating, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting unclassified and classified equipment/devices in accordance with applicable MDA and DoD guidance, instructions, procedures, and processes through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure IT systems and networks are fully functional for all operational and support activities hosted and serviced by the AIMSS Program.
Work closely with Program Management, Information Assurance, software development team, analysis groups, and end-users to understand and implement requirements necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
Perform regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries.
Maintain IT databases and perform light programming tasks in relation to system administration needs.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new and emerging IT systems technologies to advance and support AIMSS requirements.
Provide technical leadership in the integration and testing of complex large-scale networks. Interfaces with vendors for procurement and maintenance of infrastructure equipment.
Assist with Government Furnished Equipment/Government Furnished Property (GFE/GFP) contract hardware/software maintenance, repairs, and processes.
Responsible for maintaining inventory and organization of different types of software and hardware resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
Prior technical experience working with classified equipment preferred.
Prior experience with Government Furnished Equipment/Government Furnished Property (GFE/GFP) contract hardware/software maintenance, repairs, and processes preferred.
Must have Security+, comparable certificate, or ability to achieve 8570/8140 compliance.
Active Secret clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
