About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Parts Clerk to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and functional Parts Inventory System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner and receive them, cataloging their arrival.
  • Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
  • Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usage.
  • Maintain usage logs and remove obsolete items from inventory with oversight from the Chief Engineer.
Requirements
  • Ability to independently manage time and set priorities.
  • Must be well organized and computer literate.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance.
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory and parts-room management.
