Job Summary:

$500 Hiring Bonus

As a skilled Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel's Starbucks facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards. This role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, controlling costs and providing a consistent product to guests.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock service station and making coffee.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably with previous Barista experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and accommodating attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional image at all times.
