  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, and margins, ensuring that all financial procedures are in compliance.
  • Employee Development: Interview, hire, train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes for receiving products, utilizing equipment, managing inventory, and shipping products.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety standards and procedures are being followed and are in compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working in operations
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related field
  • Ability to manage a team and members effectively
  • Reporting, data entry, and processing skills
  • Able to accurately analyze and present information
