Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator II to join our team at Dessert Holdings Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of frozen goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, to receive and store frozen products.
  • Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, including QA, Customer Service, and Maintenance.
  • Follow established procedures for shipping, receiving, and transferring materials.
  • Inspect pallets for integrity and cleanliness, and report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Perform all required computer and scanner transactions.
  • Load and unload trucks or trailers according to procedures.
  • Process return materials and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Forklift operator certification (in-house) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in temperatures from -10 degrees to 100 degrees F.
