Position Overview:
The role involves a thorough examination and assessment of standard and intricate billing queries received from Umanist Staffing's clientele across various group segments, including Small, Middle, and Key & Large groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and upkeep of billing systems for group clients while facilitating month-end financial processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis and review of billing inquiries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (experience with contract agency testing is advantageous).
- Strong capability to analyze data and generate precise reports.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Additional Required Skills:
- Experience in customer-focused environments.
- Background in billing, accounting, or related office management roles.
- Robust financial acumen.
- Proficient in building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
