We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Scooter's Coffee. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by providing fast, friendly service and highest quality products.

• Greet and engage with each guest, providing the highest level of service and hospitality.
• Learn guest names and drink preferences.
• Welcome questions and seek to educate guests about our products.
• Suggestively sell gift cards and other products that benefit our business and guests.
• Ring up all transactions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Prepare all drink and food items according to recipes and aesthetic guidelines with a high level of speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and operate/maintain all store equipment.
• Open and close store according to company procedures.
• Work outside periodically as required (line-busting, sign waving, etc.).
