Hiester Automotive is looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to fill the Lead Technician Position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading other technicians in providing quality repairs in a timely manner.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of automotive technology and excellent leadership skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technicians to provide quality repairs in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing malfunctions and repairing in a timely manner
  • Providing labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner, continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.

As a Senior Vehicle Repair Specialist, you can expect competitive compensation with estimated earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have 4+ years of Auto Technician Experience, Master Level Tech with ASE Certification and/or Chrysler Training is preferred, State Inspection License & Emission License is also preferred.
