In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing quality repairs in a timely manner. With a Get it Done attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction, this position offers top-tier pay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing work outlined on maintenance and repair orders
  • Diagnosing malfunctions and repairing in a timely manner
  • Providing labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner, continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.

As an Automotive Service Leader, you can expect competitive compensation with estimated earnings of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have 4+ years of Auto Technician Experience, Master Level Tech with ASE Certification and/or Chrysler Training is preferred, State Inspection License & Emission License is also preferred.
