  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve malfunctions by utilizing diagrams, manuals, and engineering specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Gain specialized knowledge through training and resources, focusing on electrical circuitry and control-driven machinery.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Observe machinery in operation to locate issues, using precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Dismantle defective parts using hand and power tools, inspect components, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as required.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented to maintain continuity among work teams.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in a maintenance technician role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capability to work from heights and in confined spaces safely.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics related to building and utility systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
