PRN CT Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PRN CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a PRN CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services department.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Position patients correctly and utilize auxiliary equipment as needed
  • Document all pertinent clinical information and obtain informed consent
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field
  • Check equipment operation and maintain cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency plus college/technical training
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • Minimum of 1 year current/recent experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 100 lbs.
