We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our rental equipment, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and prepare rental equipment orders, verifying compliance with our quality standards.
  • Repair and maintain electrical, hand-operated, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, utilizing your mechanical expertise.
  • Conduct routine checks and perform preventative maintenance tasks on rental equipment.
  • Transport equipment within the warehouse using a forklift and drive company vehicles to deliver rental orders.

Compensation and Perks

The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,200, calculated based on an hourly wage of $19.37. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, sick, and vacation time, as well as a vested 401(k) with a 5% company match.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with air hoists, comealongs, manual hoists, electric hoists, or other rigging equipment beneficial but not necessary.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and ability to meet insurance underwriting guidelines required.

Work Environment

This role demands physical effort, requiring the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift/carry up to 55 lbs. All employment offers are subject to passing a background check, employment verifications, and hair follicle drug test.
