Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chiller System Specialist to join our team at Way Mechanical. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving HVAC and refrigeration issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve HVAC, refrigeration, and performance issues through thorough diagnosis and testing
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring devices
  • Accurately document service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding service charges and work performed
  • Maintain inventory stock on the service vehicle and reconcile work order documents
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC chiller technician roles
  • Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
  • Valid EPA Card and TDLR
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Proven track record of stable work history and professional growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation

$35-50 per hour (DOE)
