**Job Summary:**

Investment Farms is seeking a skilled Seasonal Laborer to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day operational duties of our farm. As a Seasonal Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks, including operating heavy machinery, general maintenance, and animal care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, buildings, and fences.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as loaders, harvesters, tractors, skid loaders, and trucks, to assist in farm operations.
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment.
  • Care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and providing a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus.
  • Familiarity with irrigation processes and general knowledge of construction tool use.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds.
