Position Summary:

What you'll do:

Deliver comprehensive patient care to members by accurately processing and dispensing prescription orders; administering immunizations; advising members on health care and medication needs; and safeguarding confidential information, controlled substances, and necessary documentation.
Enhance sales and profitability in the Pharmacy and OTC sectors by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including precise and competitive pricing, appropriate signage, inventory management, budgeting, and sales forecasting. Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships while assessing economic trends and demographics.
Exemplify, enforce, and guide Associates on proper member service techniques to ensure member needs, concerns, and issues are effectively resolved within company standards.
Oversee the execution of community outreach initiatives and encourage Associates to actively participate in community service.
Ensure adherence to company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety measures, conducting operational and quality assurance reviews, and providing direction on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
Facilitate supervision and development opportunities for Associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and promoting diversity awareness.
Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records as mandated by company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
