Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and lease apartments to prospective tenants.
  • Process applications from future residents, ensuring thorough verification of income and rental history.
  • Inspect properties to ensure they are move-in ready.
  • Assist in rent collection and lease renewals.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to attract potential residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, addressing work order requests and communications.
  • Perform various data entry tasks as required.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support the company’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a Pennsylvania Real Estate License is a plus or the commitment to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Demonstrated customer service and sales abilities.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
