Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Team Lead to join our team at Grainger. As a key member of our branch leadership team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring customer service excellence, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and direction to team members
  • Clarify direction and priorities for team members, ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Monitor and improve operational metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales, safety, and operational improvements
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance customer experience and retention
  • Facilitate team member onboarding and ongoing training
  • Build and manage work schedules to ensure productivity and staffing levels
  • Assess and improve processes using Continuous Improvement methodology
Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years customer service and sales experience
  • 2+ years of management experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
