We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in California.

Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is a dynamic educational setting that provides essential speech and language services to support students' educational success.

Estimated Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year

This full-time position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing direct speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Provide individualized treatment plans for each student, conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
