Contract Opportunity for Speech Language Pathologist

A rewarding contract assignment awaits an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a thriving team at a renowned Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

This prestigious facility seeks a skilled professional to assess and treat patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching patients how to improve their communication skills, strengthen their voices, and increase their oral or written language abilities.

The selected individual will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized plans of care for each patient. They will provide skilled speech therapy services, assessments, and evaluations to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective plans of care
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure
  • CPR certification
  • SLP-CCC certification
