Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of ShiftWizard Administrator. In this position, you will be instrumental in facilitating precise payroll management and optimizing staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with management to review and adjust timecards in the ADP system
  • Ensure accurate submission of timecards by team members for payroll processing
  • Create new schedules, allocate personnel, and maintain schedule balance
  • Identify staffing shortages and implement solutions
  • Lead daily staffing meetings to assess and plan for workforce requirements
  • Quarterly reconciliation of worked hours for float pool and weekend program personnel
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as communications or business
  • At least one year of experience in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred experience with ShiftWizard and ADP for scheduling and payroll
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
