Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while meeting or exceeding departmental goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce barrier and non-barrier tubing.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities, including line operator duties, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure formulations are produced and labeled properly.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure safety of department personnel and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and product delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Computer knowledge and experience with Windows applications.
  • Ability to use quality equipment tools, such as microscopes and tape measures.
  • Radiation certification preferred.
