Job Title: Dumpling Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dumpling Trainee. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and cutting dough, rolling dumpling/bun skins, and steaming dumplings/buns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and measure dough for dumpling production
  • Roll and shape dumpling/bun skins
  • Stuff and close dumplings/buns
  • Steam dumplings/buns to perfection
  • Maintain a clean and organized working space
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food preparation or production a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
