Occupational Therapist Role with a Focus on Patient-Centered Care

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy.
About Us:
JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We prioritize patient care and strive to deliver the highest quality rehabilitation services in a dynamic and positive environment.
Salary:
$67,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Occupational Therapy, experience with Hand Therapy, and strong clinical decision-making skills. Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing data-driven care. Our Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and successful patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software preferred
