Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Specimen Collector to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for patients
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with the area supervisor to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field
  • One year of phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
  • Keyboard/data entry experience required
