Job Title: Phlebotomist I

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join our team at TalentBurst. As a Phlebotomist I, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process blood samples from patients with confidence and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
  • Record and document all specimen collection and processing activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
