Job Overview

Courier Network Inc. is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Transportation Management System (TMS). As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with our company's strategic objectives and ensures timely delivery of high-priority features.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and sales to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Product Development: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Customer Feedback and Support: Collect and respond to customer feedback, adjusting the product roadmap as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field, with 3+ years of experience in a related field or position.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with logistics operations and integration types and formats.
