Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and child custody arrangements.
  • Conduct legal research to remain informed on current family law precedents and regulations.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, as well as potential legal challenges.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, particularly in divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and analyzing intricate legal issues.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
