Natural Gas Compressor Station Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Compressor Station/ Facility Operator to join our team at ShalePro Energy Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain compressor stations, including Caterpillar and Waukesha engines, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform daily documentation and record-keeping to track equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with craft personnel to resolve equipment and system issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including pipelines, compression and measurement facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements.
- Monitor and report operational temperature and pressure parameters, as well as natural gas, condensate, and production water/brine received, delivered, and consumed.
- Document readings, such as temperature, pressure, and runtime hours, and maintain accurate records.
- On-call responsibility for areas of responsibility as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Gas or Diesel Mechanics Preferred.
- Entry Level Starting @ $20 hr.
- Additional Pay based on Field Related Experience.
- By-Weekly Pays.
