We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC in Carlisle, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to become a vehicle authority.
  • Deliver high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Develop strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to achieve objectives and analyze sales performance.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
  • Ability to quickly learn new product and improve sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
