About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at ePac Flexible Packaging. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Document and report customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Solutions Manager as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer success or inside sales experience
  • CRM experience required (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience in Google Workspace
  • Flexible packaging knowledge a plus but not required
