Role Summary:
The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for members by delivering exceptional customer support to all individuals associated with DJD Fitness. This role encompasses maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members, potential members, and visitors, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls with a friendly demeanor and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Check members into the system efficiently.
    • Assist with new member registrations.
    • Conduct tours for prospective members.
  • Facilitate necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as required.
  • Devote over 85% of your time to maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and equipment.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and locker room areas.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities; capable of engaging positively and professionally with members and colleagues, surpassing their expectations.
  • Strong listening skills with the capacity to empathize and resolve issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, utilizing appropriate language and behavior.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Regular verbal communication in person or via phone during the shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to a specified limit.
  • May encounter hazardous materials during the shift.
Work Schedule:
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
  • Expected to work 5 or 6 days per week, totaling a minimum of 32-36 hours.
  • Onsite training will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations for training purposes.
