Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and support
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in hospice care, hospital, or long-term care settings
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
