Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address munication disorders and facilitate academic success.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' munication goals within the school environment.
- Maintain precise documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Soliant offers competitive salaries to ensure that our professionals are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication. In this role, you can expect an estimated salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
