Position Overview:
In the capacity of a Retail Associate, you will provide guidance and education to customers regarding the most suitable products for their specific medical requirements. Your duties will encompass completing necessary documentation, overseeing patient records, processing orders, and promoting offerings to cater to customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accurate completion of intake forms and related documentation.
- Verification of patient purchase limits.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships.
- Addressing customer inquiries and supplying product information.
- Managing patient records utilizing databases.
- Promoting and selling a variety of products.

Essential Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service is required.
- Experience in retail is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
