Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, laws, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (or MBA Candidate) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of budget and forecasting analysis experience, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Cognos Reporting, Tableau, and Deltek Costpoint.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
